Miss Xue uses nearly 20 cosmetics every day, including, facial cleansing, perfume, eye shades, lotions, etc. She goes to Hong Kong every month to buy cosmetics.

The key question that popped into my mind is…do the cosmetics make Shanghai women more pretty and desirable then women from other parts of China who don’t buy cosmetics or buy to a much less degree?
